In the event that you are unable to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a "no show" designation in our booking system. To ensure smooth scheduling going forward, we kindly request that individuals marked as no shows provide a credit card number during their future bookings. In the event of a second or third occurrence, the credit card on file will be automatically charged the full amount of the services originally scheduled.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. In order to accommodate all our valued clients, repeated instances of lateness will be considered as a "no show." Therefore, individuals marked as no shows are kindly asked to provide a credit card number for their future bookings. If you arrive late for a second or third time, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the full amount of the services booked, regardless of whether we have sufficient time to complete them.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel an appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least a 2-hour notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment. In order to maintain a fair scheduling system, repeated cancellations will be marked as a "no show." If you cancel late for a second or third time, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the full amount of the services originally booked.

When making appointments for yourself and accompanying family members or friends, we kindly ask that you book separate appointments rather than scheduling one extended session. Please keep in mind that appointment times may be subject to minor adjustments, either moving forward or backward by 15 minutes. Rest assured, we will notify you of any changes via our convenient text message system.

We are delighted to provide your child's first haircut experience. However, safety and the comfort of all our customers are our utmost priority. If, at any point, the haircut becomes unsafe for the child or interferes with the relaxation of other patrons, we may need to conclude the session. Please note that we allocate a maximum of 30 minutes per little man haircut. If your child is unable to remain still or becomes upset, we may need to end the haircut prematurely.
